      Chief Executive Officer

      Mr. Larsen joined Cartier Silver as a Chief Executive Officer and a Director on September 24, 2014. Mr. Larsen has over 30 years of experience in the investment industry, specializing in corporate finance and management of junior mining companies, raising in excess of C$200 million to date.  

    • Miles Nagamatsu CA

      Chief Financial Officer

      Mr. Nagamatsu joined Cartier Silver as Chief Financial Officer in 1997. Mr. Nagamatsu has over 30 years of experience in accounting, management, lending, restructurings and turnarounds. Since 1993, Miles has acted as a Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies primarily in the mineral exploration and investment management sectors. For over 25 years, Mr. Nagamatsu has served as volunteer Chair of the Finance Committee and Director of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant.

    • Jorge Estepa

      Vice President, Secretary Treasurer

      Mr. Estepa joined Cartier Silver as Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 1997. Mr. Estepa has over 19 years of experience with publicly listed companies in the areas of corporate management, development and investor relations and has served as a senior officer and/or director of several publicly traded resource companies. Mr. Estepa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.

    • Osvaldo Arce Ph.D., P.Geo

      Chief Geologist and General Manager

      Dr. Osvaldo Arce Burgoa is a professional geological and mineral processing engineer with 26 years’ experience in Bolivia. He has a Doctor of Engineering degree from the Tohoku University at Sendai, Japan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the San Andrés University, Bolivia. He is a former National Director of the Bolivian Geological Survey, Main Technical Advisor of the National Mining Corporation (COMIBOL), Exploration Manager and Chief Geologist in various mining and exploration companies.

    • Jimena Moran B.A

      V.P., Marketing, Logistics and Executive Assistant

      Jimena has over 4 years’ experience as the executive assistant for Eloro. She is fully fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.

    • Dr. Bill N. Pearson Ph.D., P.Geo

      Chief Technical Advisor

      Dr. William N. Pearson is a true leader in geoscience. He has over 40 years of direct experience in global mineral exploration and production. Has played an integral role in creating the value that led to successful acquisitions of Desert Sun Mining Corp. by Yamana Gold in 2006 and Central Sun Mining by B2 Gold in 2009. Dr. Pearson was the creator and founding President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

    • Quinton Hennigh

      Geologic and Technical Advisor to Crescat Capital, a Strategic Shareholder

      Dr. Hennigh is an economic geologist with 25 years of exploration experience, and is an executive technical and geologic advisor to Crescat Capital, a strategic shareholder in Eloro. Prior to joining Crescat, Dr. Hennigh founded Novo Resources Corp., which explores and develops gold projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, including its Beatons Creek, Karratha and Egina gold projects, the latter of which is under a joint venture with Japan's Sumitomo Corporation.
      Early in his career, Dr. Hennigh explored for major mining firms including Homestake Mining Company, Newcrest Mining Ltd and Newmont Mining Corporation. He then joined the junior mining sector in 2007 and has been involved with a number of Canadian listed gold companies, including Gold Canyon Resources Inc., where he led exploration at the Springpole alkaline gold project near Red Lake Ontario, a 5-million-ounce gold asset that was sold in 2015 to First Mining Gold Corp. Dr. Hennigh was also instrumental in Kirkland Lake Gold's acquisition of the Fosterville gold mine, which is located in Australia and was previously owned by Newmarket Gold Inc.
      Dr. Hennigh obtained a Ph.D. in Geology/Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines in 1996.
